About The Cliffs

The Cliffs is one of Summerlin’s newest neighborhood. The 450 acres that make up The Cliffs include Theresa Faiss Middle School and the Wet n’ Wild waterpark. While The Cliffs is still growing, it will eventually be home to 11 neighborhoods and 1,700 homes, including 425 homes in the age-qualified community of Regency. There are currently plans for The Cliffs to include an aquatic center with a junior Olympic-size pool, an aerobic pool, and a walking trail leading to Gypsum Ridge Recreational Park.
