Summerlin, developed by The Howard Hughes Corporation, is a 22,500 acre master-planned community including North and South Summerlin in the Las Vegas Valley. Located about 12 miles west of The Las Vegas Strip and adjacent to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, Summerlin is a community that has something for everyone.
